Saying Decaffeinato is a bit like saying you’re about to drink an espresso that lacks something. Unfortunately we must admit that often those who approach a cup with this preconception are not wrong at all. For this reason, we wanted to preserve the taste of Italian espresso in our pods, choosing the more complex path: that of absolute quality! We have spared nothing, we have chosen the best mono-origins, from which one of the most technologically advanced companies in the world has extracted the caffeine. We have the guarantee of manufacturing processes that do not damage the precious raw material. During the caffeine extraction phases, Morola decaffeinated is also dewaxed, making it further more digestible. Also for our decaffeinated coffee we roast the origins separately to enhance the individual characteristics, before being mixed, ground and compressed into single portions.

Decaffeinated Morola: a coffee that amazes

We advise you to taste one of our decaffeinated coffees, proceeding with a blind tasting of normal espressos. We will guarantee that you will be favorably impressed by the absolute naturalness of our decaffeinated coffee. In making this Morola decaffeinated pod, we set ourselves the goal of making a cup of espresso that would in no way make you regret the pleasure of a good espresso. Therefore, starting from a panel of tasters at our Bar customers, we tested various combinations of blends, managing to obtain a remarkable product. Our decaffeinated coffee is already visually striking in the cup, thanks to a cream with a homogeneous texture and an important body. When tasted it is pleasant with toasted flavors and leaves a pleasant taste of good coffee on the palate, so that few are able to distinguish the difference from a coffee with caffeine.

CONTENT: Arabica 75% Robusta 25%

FORMAT: 44 mm pod in 7.5 g filter paper individually packaged in a food bag (triple coupled) sealed with nitrogen to allow the blend to best preserve all the organoleptic characteristics, with a two-year expiry date from production date indicated on the pod.
