Saying Decaffeinated is a bit like saying you are about to drink an espresso that is missing a few things. Unfortunately, it must be admitted that often those who approach a cup with this preconception are not wrong at all. Therefore, in our pods we wanted to preserve the taste of Italian espresso, choosing the most complex path: that of absolute quality! We spared nothing, we chose the best single-origins, from which one of the most technologically advanced companies in the world extracted the caffeine. We have the guarantee of manufacturing processes that do not spoil the precious raw material. During the caffeine extraction stages, Morola decaffeinated is also dewaxed, making it even more digestible. Even for our decaffeinated we roast the origins separately to enhance the individual characteristics, before they are blended, ground and compressed into individual single-servings.

Morola decaffeinated: a coffee that amazes

We recommend that you sample one of our decaffeinated coffees, proceeding with a blind tasting between regular espressos. We guarantee that you will be favorably impressed by the absolute naturalness of our decaffeinated. In making this Morola decaffeinated decaffeinated pod, we set ourselves the goal of making a cup of espresso that in no way would make you regret the pleasure of a good espresso. Therefore, starting with a panel of tasters at our Bar customers, we tested various combinations of blends and succeeded in obtaining a remarkable product. Our decaffeinated coffee is already visually striking in the cup, thanks to a cream with homogeneous texture and an important body. The taste is pleasant with roasted flavors and leaves a pleasant taste of good coffee on the palate, so much so that few can tell the difference from a caffeinated coffee.

CONTENT: Arabica 75% Robusta 25%.

FORMAT: 44mm pod in 7.5 g filter paper individually packaged in a food-grade envelope (triple laminated) sealed with nitrogen to allow the blend to best preserve all organoleptic characteristics, with expiration two years from the production date indicated on the pod.

USE: Espresso machines with filter paper pods with 44 mm standard, which can also be used with Morola’s custom pod coffee mocha.
