Our MOROLA Rosso blend has been designed to meet the needs of that portion of users who require a very marked character from an espresso with clear toasted hints, a syrupy body and a very persistent natural cocoa aftertaste.
The majority of consumers (in the south) evaluate espresso visually. The cream must be of high quality and quantityespresso: very creamy robust very full-bodied dark hazel color stain the cup, well, with this MOROLA Rosso blend we have worked to achieve these objectives and according to our customers we have succeeded.
CONTENTS: India Cherry washed, a Vietnam brushed and a natural Tanzania Superion individually roasted with a semi-clear profile, individually roasted before being blended.
FORMAT: MOROLA Rosso is available in 1Kg packs equipped with a one-way valve contained in a 10-piece master carton. In any case, the 500g pack is available on order, particularly suitable for pubs, restaurants equipped with an on-demand grinder and for home use. The expiry date is shown on the pack.
USE: 7.5 gr of ground coffee extracted at a pressure of 9bar on professional or home Espresso machines, MOROLA Rosso coffee is very easy to work with in vending machines and with professional and home super-automatic machines, excellent extraction results are also obtained with the Moka.
