Morola Arancio Gold is the coffee of maturity. Born from the experience consolidated over years of collaboration with our best Morola bars, thousands of cups of espresso served to customers and repeated tastings made by certified judges.

Made-to-measure for professional customers, it lends itself well to being used in the home also used with super-automatic machines. Creamy from the first moment in the extraction phase, as you can see in the videos posted, it has such an intense body that it seems to be living a tactile experience. All completed by a correct acidity and an almost absent bitterness. Thanks to the  arabicas from Brazil there are hints of chocolate and toasted bread, and an amplified fruity aftertaste deriving from the arabicas from Honduras ;of the regions of Capucas,
the other Ethiope Arabica from the Sidamo region grown at an altitude of 2,100 meters adds a sweet and delicate taste, with hints of jasmine and citrus fruits to conclude the India of Arabica varieties, it further characterizes with a full-bodied and slightly spicy character. The percentage of Robusta is made up of coffees of India and Indonesia origin from the island of Medan which complete this coffee which, once extracted, has a thick brown cream with dark veins, endowed with of aromas and aftertastes of chocolate, dried fruit and toasted bread. MOROLA Arancio Gold is a coffee suitable for everyone, extremely pleasant to drink without sugar. CONTENT: Arabica 60% Brazil, Honduras, Ethiopia, Robusta 40% Indonesia, India. Toast individually before being mixed.

FORMAT:  Morola Arancio gold is available in 1Kg packs equipped with a one-way valve contained in a 10-piece master carton. In any case, the 500g pack is available to order, particularly suitable for restaurants equipped with an on-demand coffee grinder and for home use. The 250gr package is available exclusively at the Morola stores and is ground on the spot in a way suitable for the Moka. The expiration date is indicated on the packaging.

USE: 7.5 g of ground Morola Arancio Gold extracted at a pressure of 9 bar on professional Espresso machines, also suitable for vending machines, professional and home super-automatic machines, excellent extraction results are also obtained with the Mocha.
