The MOROLA serendipity blend is a unique project of its kind as it comes from the collaborative work of some of the best Italian professionals. Puglia, Tuscany, Liguria and Friuli Venezia Giulia are the territories and tastes in which the three professionals work who, together with Pino Fumarola, have researched, tested and blended the origins of the most harmonious coffees to obtain a coherent cup like the Serendipity.
CREAM: hazelnut color with dark and very dense streaks.
TASTE: Medium-high body, thick and velvety, not floury. Delicate and medium acidity. Medium-high sweetness. Medium-low bitterness.
FLAVORS: On the nose Aromas of dried fruit and also stewed fruit and notes of jam . Aromas of fine chocolate, almonds and hazelnuts, winy note and slightly fermented fruit. On the finish gianduia and light licorice.
SUGARATED: the advice is to add very little or no sugar as it is really harmonious at the base. With a little sugar it turns into a real cuddle.
PAIRINGS: ideal with roast ragù and in general with structured dishes.
